Terms and Conditions for Luna and Flor
1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Luna and Fllor's services, including but not limited to energy healing sessions, consultations, workshops, tarot readings, land / home healings, chromatherapy, lithotherapy and any related services (collectively, the "Services").
1.2 By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us.
3. Services
3.1 We provide energy healing, tarot readings, land healings, home healings, courses, chromatherapy, lithotherapy, and related services based on holistic and alternative healing practices. These services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.
3.2 While we aim to provide the best possible care, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from our Services. Individual experiences may vary.
3.3 We reserve the right to refuse anyone service at any time, without need for explanation.
4. Payment and Fees
4.1 Fees for our Services are as described on our website or as agreed upon in writing. Payment is due at the time of booking or as otherwise specified.
4.2 We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, with notice to clients where required by law.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1 Cancellation policies and refund conditions are outlined on our website and in any booking agreements or invoices. Cancellations must be done prior to 48 hours in order to receive a refund.
6. Confidentiality
6.1 We will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and records, in accordance with applicable laws and ethical standards.
7. Code of Conduct
7.1 Clients are expected to treat our practitioners and other clients with respect and courtesy at all times. Any disrespect, slandering, or unwanted advances will result in the termination of our services.
7.2 Practitioners will treat clients with respect and requested boundaries, however at times physical touch is required for these sessions. The practitioner will let the client know before the start of the session where they will be touched (just by laying of stones, removal of stones, or similar instances). The actual sessions will be performed with the hands above the body with no physical touch.
7.3 In rare instances the client may feel nauseated, dizzy, achy, or dehydrated after a session. This all depends on the amount of trauma or work needing done. It is advised that the clients do not ingest harmful substances 24 hours before or after a session and drink plenty of water before and after.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Services.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1 Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Your Jurisdiction.

11.1 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes, and your continued use of our Services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
