Wholesale Policies


Hello! We are so excited you are looking into carrying our brand! We look forward to learning more about your store/organization and building a successful partnership. For fast account approval please read our wholesale policies below.

To place an order, view wholesale pricing, or access our online catalog, you must first be a registered and approved retailer, and provide your reseller number.

Please note in order to be approved you must have a working URL or active Facebook / Instagram business page for your store, or you may send us photos of your storefront for consideration to contact(at)lunaandflor.com.

Online retailers carrying Luna and Flor products are required to include the Luna and Flor name in the product title or in the product description.

Once you are approved as an online retailer, you may only sell on the URL or in the boutique that is submitted and approved through your wholesale application.

All Luna and Flor products being sold online must state, “Created by Luna and Flor.”


Opening orders: €150

Minimum reorder: €100


Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to contact(at)lunaandflor.com within 48 hours.


Payment for orders are required prior to shipping. We accept Credit Card, Bank Transfers, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Orders within France may be payed by check, but order will not ship until check clears. Net 30-day terms are offered to retailers with a credit sheet and an established relationship with Luna and Flor, but will be assessed a €75 late fee for past-due invoices. Returned checks are subject to a €35 fee.


Orders ship approximately 3-4 weeks from order date. We strive to get orders out as fast as we can but all of our products are handmade. Please contact us for specific lead times. All orders ship via La Poste (French Postal Service). Please contact us if you would like to request special shipping terms or times. We require that all wholesale orders to be shipped with insurance, tracking, and signature.

For orders $500 + we offer free shipping that includes insurance, tracking, and signature.


All resellers of Luna and Flor are required to have a current and valid Reseller’s License through their licensing country, state, or territory. Proof of license may be requested at any time. Failure to produce a valid Reseller’s License may result in termination of the wholesale account.

*We reserve the right to refuse sales to any store or site without question.*


Luna and Flor guarantees all products against defects. Please inspect your order immediately upon shipment. If you receive a product you believe to be damaged or defective, please contact contact(at)lunaandflor.com within 7 days where you will be provided with instructions for replacement items. Returned merchandise will not be accepted on items held more than 15 days after receipt. All wholesale orders are final sale.

Defects are any damage made by us here at Luna and Flor or done by the Postal Service. We are not responsible for any damage done by the store after items are opened. Please refer to the care section of our website to see how to handle and care for our pieces.

We do not offer exchanges on pieces due to lack of sales. If you would like assistance, we will offer a live consultation to see which pieces will best fit your store. We are more than happy to help!


Luna and Flor adheres to Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) standards. All resellers of Luna and Flor products are required to adhere to MAP pricing established by lunaandflor.com. Stores found selling Luna and Flor products below MAP will be asked to adjust pricing to MAP standards. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in termination of the account.


All of our products are designed and assembled in studio by Jonua.


At this time, we are not able to do consignment.
