Shipping Policies

Thank you for choosing Luna and Flor!

 All orders have a 5-7 day processing time, as the pieces are handmade. Pieces that are out of stock can take up to 4-10 (depending on the item) weeks.

 All packages ship from France, Europe so please allow 14-45 days outside of the EU and 7-25 days inside of the EU. While packages normally arrive on the lower end of these days, we need to state a longer period of time as there are periods where customs are backed up in other countries, or postal strikes may be taking place. Shipping is incurring extra delays right now due to Covid-19, so please be aware of this.*

 All orders are shipped Priority with tracking. If you need a shipping upgrade please contact the shop before you complete your purchase and we can give you a shipping quote for your destination and method of shipping.

 Luna and Flor is not responsible for VAT or customs fees incurred for orders outside of France. If the buy refuses to pay the customs fee and the package is sent back to the Luna and Flor studio, there will be a $10 restocking fee and shipping will not be reimbursed.

 You have 30 days to return or exchange your order after it has been received. It has to be in the original packaging and unworn. Buyer must absorb shipping fees on returns.

 If there is a problem that occurs inside of France with the package, we will gladly contact the post office for you, but can’t make calls outside of the country.

 If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the exterior and interior of the box and email us as soon as possible so we can send out a replacement piece!

 All orders (not including wholesale) over $250 USD will receive free shipping that includes tracking and insurance.
